Director of Marketing & Communications

Full-time position to lead marketing and communications for the purpose of “growing the grassroots army” of citizens engaged in the environmental restoration of the urban Elizabeth River (Norfolk, VA., area). Accounting Manager

Provide essential support to a fast-paced team making a real difference to improve the environment and leave the world a better place. The Elizabeth River Project seeks a full-time professional to prepare financial reports, assist with development and implementation of annual and capital budgets, process routine payroll and vendor payments, and perform a variety of financial research and analysis. Landscape Designer

Position: Full-time Landscape Designer to assist the Elizabeth River Project’s Restoration department with planning, designing, and coordinating river restoration Best Management Practices (BMPs), with a special emphasis on planning and permitting “living shorelines.” This is a salaried position to include assisting with managing all aspects of the design and permitting of restoration projects to improve water quality and habitat in the Elizabeth River watershed.
