Jaye Hughes

 Jaye is a lifelong Virginia resident who graduated from Old Dominion University with a master’s degree in business administration in 2022. With a background in and passion for working with others, she loves all human-centered aspects of the workforce and helping people achieve their goals. Jaye is excited to further serve the community by being involved in ERP’s mission.
